Are US,UK companies interested in blog/site more than the resume?

Hi folks, I got laid off in Sept. since then looking for a Job. market is so scary. Few questions: 1. a lot of companies are hiring through crewscale, etc. they are offering low salary as per the role. are companies paying low salary to them or they are taking a big cut? do people treat them differently once they join a company via crewscale? 2. I am not able to get my resume shortlist for mncs. what to do now? recently my friend got a call from razorpay gehy were offering for sde role 15 lakh for 2 years experienced. they were paying 22 lakh for sde 1 last year. the role is not product engg or solution ennggg that they recently introduced for low salary. it was sde role. fat rhi h ab. kya kru?????? my exp: 2.5 backend

how do I know that ? I have put my blog link in resume, this is google analytics data of my blog. Nobody else reads my blog, I have past data to prove that. Out of 209, about 50 HR's reached out to me for interviews

I am a computer engineering student from a tier 3 college in Pune. Now that I am in the last couple of months of my 6th semester multiple companies have come to our campus but I haven't gotten an internship. How do i search for internships off campus? Are there any tips from some experienced people like what do companies look at when giving out internships. Since last month I started applying off campus using linkedin and other websites but I am not getting any callbacks for interviews or even online tests. Previously I haven't done any internships but have done projects which I have out on my resume. Please forgive me if the format of this post is wrong, vague or broad. I am writing a grapevine post for the first time.

Hello people, I am looking for full time remote job with UK/US based companies . Do you know any websites apart from LinkedIn jobs? Role: product manager/program manager

I have applied for more than 300 jobs. And didn't get back any response. These are the jobs which I found on linkedin in which most of them have more than 200 applicants. For context I'm a full stack developer with 2 years of experience currently working in a startup with a CTC of 7 LPA. I tried cold emailing and messaging in linkedin. I got two interviews after messaging directly to HR via LinkedIn. And I'm targeting less popular startups with less competition. Now my question is where can I find those companies And what's the best way to reach out. Also one final question, I'm a single developer in my company and I'm handling the tech alone make technical disitions, design databases, architect projects, and manage deployments. Can I point out this as a good thing? Will companies get impressed by this? And how much salary can I expect?

I have awork ex of 5 years and work with one of the best consumer tech startups in India making 32LPA and stocks. Lately, I feel that no matter how much you make here, the quality of life isn't all that great in Bangalore with the roads, pollution and what not. At this stage, I can't lose 2 years of my time to a masters degree and start afresh in the USA. At the same time, I'm not sure how to find job opportunities in US, EU or even SE Asia. Can anyone guide me on this?

Get into that high iq, mafia type companies, where the bar is really high 2. If you end up doing good then you'll get calls from your circles to work on something exciting 3. Lastly, work on your personal branding, write that blog down, tell how you did it, it should attract niche audience in your circle Good luck 🤞🏻

I have 3.5 years of experience in a particular tech stack. Finding great teams that work on tech stack are limited and are based in EU and USA. My resume gets rejected even before looking at my credentials as told by a recruiter. Do companies look for experienced folks to join them even if the experience is in some other tech stack? If they do, I have a pool of a lot of companies to apply to.
