Looking to startup but also feeling that I'm too impulsive

Hey folks!

I work in analytics, it's been about 5 years working

I had a very good learning time at Zomato, learnt a lot of things and then moved to an early stage startup

I'm kind of feeling very dissatisfied at work, this time I have a really good idea worth working.

I joined a new company and have built a lot of things ground up here, but am i being too hasty in leaving my job?

Should I be prepared to be jobless for a long time if I ever consider corporate again? Because after my first job, i have mostly just worked for a year at every company.

And along with my notice period it will be 2 months at my current organisation

If there’s a idea you like and want to commit to building over the next couple of years, you’re not being hasty

You were at Zomato for 5 years, don’t sound like somebody who jumps between things 😃

No no, I've been at Zomato only for a year, 3 companies before that 😅

It's alright being someone who likes to jump but building a meaningful company is atleast a 5 year endeavour if it gets going.

talk to customers clients about your project first. if they validate your solution go ahead. you are having mixed feelings because you are early in your process.

Trust your gut and evaluate your circumstances appropriately and make a decision you feel is right for you. Step away for a while, take a breath and clear your head, and re-evaluate things, a change of pace will help you put things into perspective better.

I am thinking of leaving my current job and focus on myself, getting to know myself better etc. Currently I have enough money saved for my expenses for next 6-8 months. Everyone I have asked about this say don't leave your job if yo...
