Should I quit my job?

I’ve been working in an early-age startup as a frontend developer and am about to complete 2 years in 1 month. This is my first job. I want to quit immediately and then look for a job by doing some good preparation but I am so confused about what to do. I am actively applying. I am leaving this company coz there’s no increment this year also I have to switch projects frequently. I’ve worked on an MVP alone but the work is not organized like mid-level startups, big startups or MNCs.

My question is simple. Should I leave and then start looking for jobs actively or I should stay here until the job market recovers?

PS - Let me know if someone is hiring for frontend roles. It’ll be a great help

My company is hiring for Frontend. But I'd want to see your resume first
Don't want to refer until you are confident enough

Job market is not going to get better, things will be like this. Go ahead and do what's best for you. All the best

Also why do you want to leave your job to prepare. Prepare while doing your job

You don’t leave your job and prepare, you prepare on the job and then leave only after getting an offer. Pretty standard practice.
