Is it ok to quit without any offers

Hie!!! I am currently working at a startup where I need to serve a 90 day notice period. I am applying to various companies but after the initial screening they are ghosting me(I guess mainly because of np). Should I quit and apply. I am worried, what if I am not able to get jobs after 90 days. I have more than 2 years of experience. I don't have any financial dependency. In my current organisation for the past few months, I don't have enough work to do, that's why I'm looking for the switch.

Also, If anyone is Hiring for any role in software development, plz refer me. Current Tech stack: Python, Django, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery

I suggest, once you get an interview call with one of the companies try telling them your Np is 30-45 days then if you clear it you'll at least know this is the reason

I just got selected for one of the companies, now they are asking me to share documents, to roll out the offer 😶.

Now ask them to buy out your notice period, unless you try you won't know Tell them earlier your current company accepted that np is 30 days but now they are forcing 90 days

Do not quit without an offer in hand. This is norm for company to have 3 months Notice Period. That’s how most of the companies are working. Do not take such risk. Keep applying for jobs and move on only with right offer.
