Salary Increment% after 6 months ?

Hey Guys Been working for 6 months at a startup. Worked with react and react native. Made an app in react from scratch for internal use. Added many features to the other two existing user apps. I've also made personal projects with nodejs. My company will soon start giving me backend work on nodejs. I work 6 days a week. Currently getting paid 6 LPA inhand How much can I ask for after 6 months? Please guide.

I am a React Native Developer in an average insurance (product based) company and I have just completed 1st year of my career in this company and I have handled around 5 product module of their products, basically I made it all from scratch. My salary is 4.6LPA. Now I am about to get an appraisal here but I have no idea how much I should ask or negotiate with them!?

Hello folks, I have 6.7 YOE in Frontend engineering and have been laid off at existing startup. My total CTC is 25LPA (22 fixed + 3 Bonus). I have cleared technical rounds at Publicis Sapient for Lead Frontend Engineer (Frontend React) and have salary discussion round tomorrow. I would like to know a decent ask for the same. I am thinking of 32 LPA (30% increase to 25 LPA). I would like to know if anyone has idea about salary at this level and if its a fair ask.

Am I paid correctly or do i deserve more - 6.8 LPA ? I work at twin Startup(profitable ) as a developer primarily focused on Angular Development with total of 1.6 + 4 months here , I am fairly proficient at my work with minimal to no supervision , with good monthly reviews .

Earning 20 LPA with 6 years experience in Angular js. In the process of getting an offer from a product company. How much should I ask for ?

I started at a pre-rev startup for 10K per month internship as an app developer when I was in my 7th semester of engineering. By the 8th semester, i became a full time employee for 6LPA. That was about 12 months ago. I have great rapport with my CTO and CEO. I received an offer for 8LPA from a well known company, my current employer matched it. I received a counter offer for 11 LPA (10+1). Even though I like the people i don't feel overly optimistic about this given the market circumstances. Should I make the switch? Really very confused.

I am currently working in a startup for 2 years as a software developer (Java backend + React Native Frontend + handling aws deployment). I am mostly concentrated on the backend side. How much salary should I be expecting on a new job?
