How much salary should I expect?

I am currently working at a product based startup as a full stack developer (Spring Boot + React Native) with 1 year and 3 months as a full time employee and 8 months as a backend developer intern in the same company. I am also handling their website (React JS) and DevOps. How much salary can I expect if I change my job rn. I prefer Backend development for the new job. Reason for Job change: The product we are building is pretty big and only 2 developers are there (one react native developer and me). I have to work 6 days (9hrs a day including breaks) and overtimes too. Also have to work on multiple projects on same time

Have more than 5 years of experience working for a consulting MNC, a SaaS startup and a medium-sized consulting company. Over the years have gotten the opportunity to work as a frontend engineer(angular, react), a fullstack engineer(java, javascript/typescript, python) and currently a data engineer(pyspark/databricks, azure, gcp). Projecting my self as a fullstack/backend engineer only. What should be my fair salary ask in series A/B/C startups & other product companies? I have 2yoe as backend developer. My base is 20 and had a bonus of 5 which will end this month. I am thinking of applying for SDE-2 roles, what salary should I expect?

I am currently working with a start-up from the last 2 years as a web developer angular+ dot net. My current CTC is 5LPA. Waiting for appraisal form last 1 year, and management has cleared that we do not expect a magical raise this time, I will hardly get 25 - 30% this time. Should I wait for 1 more year here( product is good and work culture is best). Or look for another opportunity. How much salary should I expect from outside? I have good knowledge and worked on various things frontend, backend, ci/cd.

I myself am a Software dev with more than ten years of exp. I mentored a bunch of folks and was active in lot pf communities. I have been noticing this trend for more than couple of years about how freshers and developers with experience of less than two three years are aggressively looking to switch companies to target 30L or 50L or whatever they are currently looking for. But I feel this is really bad for future in terms of career growth. I am not against looking for the best offer, but I feel people recently don’t have any priority for career growth. I am trying to understand their perspective. I am not jealous of any of these. Heck I prefer that they get more, so that they have to increase my pay to keep up with current trends. It’s just when people ask me for career guidance I don’t want to sound like a jerk to prioritise good work over good pay. Can you guys share your inputs/perspectives?

I am a full stack developer with about 4 years of official experince and 2 years of free lancing. I work in nodejs, reqct and react native. Can work in python, android and .net as well. Currently pursuing a data science degree on the side.

1.5 year of full time startup experience. Primary tech stack: Flutter - Production ready code with proper MVVM, SOLID principles; state management BLoC, Provider. Great grasp with animations and advanced animated user interactions, experience writing multi-threaded routines. Create wrappers for native Android and iOS SDKs. REST, GraphQL APIs integration. Experience handling OAuth tokens locally with refresh logic with network interceptors, local storage, data caching. Experience with all services of firebase, working knowledge of AWS. Confession: I am horrible at Leetcode type questions. How much salary should I ideally be able to justify in 6 months when I have 2 years of full time experience? Currently earning 8LPA.
