Hey everyone, I’m currently working in Deloitte from the past 2 years as a functional consultant in the consulting department. I’ve a total work experience of 4 years and looking to get referred to the other big 4s (KPMG India & Global services, PwC & EY). Why do you work in the Big 4? [Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG]

Why do so many people work in the Big 4 given that you have to work so many hours and your work life balance doesn’t exist.
