Has anyone worked in Ey,pwc and deloitte for guidewire role?
What company has good perks, work life balance and growth. I am in EY and interviewing at pwc, delloite and LTImindree.
Why do so many people work in the Big 4 given that you have to work so many hours and your work life balance doesn’t exist.
Is having a Big 4 on your CV really worth all of that hassle and not having a life in your 20s?
What about you guys? What are your personal reasons for staying with the big 4?
I think the most lecherous of the people stay back in the big 4 and climb up the ladder to keep on making the culture worse. The good ones leave in a couple of years with a brand on their CV. In reality that brand doesn't speak about any skill but your resilience to take the worst that is out there as an employee. This makes other employers more confident to bet on you as you will easily survive in their organisation.
With that theory, people with TCS, Cognizant, Infosys tags should have more respect for resilience. 😂
You don't need resilience there. The work culture isn't that toxic as far as I know. People stay there due to job security, better WLB, and generally lower technical skills that makes it difficult for them to switch
Brand name and unable to go to Big 3 and ATK and Accenture. The next good thing is Big 4 hence stuck... We are not here by choice but circumstances are that way mate!

I am currently evaluating offers from both KPMG and E&Y for internal audit. While I have my own marks for both of the firms, need your inputs on the following. You may also rate on a scale of 1-10 for the following aspects.
