 My diet plans as per the macros requirements as I'm doing 6day a week gym.  
 My company wise job applications tracking, from networking to interviewing.  
 My upskill roadmap.  
 My reading list.  
 My financials like monthly expenses.  
 Everything else like self care tips for skin, back, eyes  
  
 Notion is free by the way and no I don't thinks you need to "learn" it

 Tried Arc long ago.. didn't understand what cool new feature it brings.

B ones are elite level free stuff. People are driving towards their simplicity and cool UI  
  
 A side is kind of default settings.  
 Anyways I like B but use A parallely

From my experience the notion did not work well in large organizations, it loads slow and difficult to find things in that. 
 Confluent is much better, for documentation purposes.

One interesting observation is that without A, B doesn't have any use.

 Notion Calender -integrate the g calenders 
   
 Notion - this one is stand-alone😅  
  
 I feel B is more of an advanced feature layer on top of A. 
  
 They both go hand in hand.

A, it's a clean design template and the icons are intuitive especially Gmail and Docs unlike in B

I am a software engineer with approx 3 YOE. I have offers from two companies both of which have their own merits and demerits. I'm having a hard time deciding which company should I join. Mentioning the details of the companies and offer below:

Company A:
1. Public company (not profitable, but good revenue growth over the last two years)
2. Get to join an existing team and project to work on interesting distributed systems challenges
3. Salary: 60 LPA cash + 10 LPA RSUs (with annual refresher grants)
4. Fully remote, don't need to relocate
5. Career growth would be typical to that offered by a large startup (around 2000 employees)

Company B:
1. Private company, profitable, excellent revenue growth, planning to IPO in the next 3 years at a ~$10B valuation (which is reasonable considering their growth)
2. Get to be a founding engineer of a new team and work on a completely new project, involving very hard distributed systems challenges
3. Salary: 41 LPA cash + 3000 NSO units (will increase as I get promoted)
4. Hybrid, need to relocate to a different city
5. Excellent career growth opportunity as the project has a visibility at a senior executive level

Confused about which company to join

I'm a fresher, and in my last sem of Masters. I'm currently interning at Company A which will offer ppo of 6lpa.
I also have an offer from Company B with 9.12lpa ctc. 

The thing is I've got the developer role at my internship(company A) and the role I would get at Company B will be luck based(was campus placement).

So which offer should I proceed with? Which would be a wiser and better option?

A. CBD Belapur Navi Mumbai - 25 LPA, Gov. Bank as a client, project is upgrading the bank application to 2.0
B. Park Street Kolkata - 20 LPA, one of the oldest conglomerates in India as a client.

Profile is Project Management

Joined A for a couple of days, then joined B as nothing was moving in A. I like the job in B but feeling uncomfortable with the difference of 5 LPA. I agreed for it initially considering Kolkata has lower expenses, but realising now that's not the case.
A is still on and I can join back again. Most of the issues due to which I stopped going have been resolved. But I'll loose out on the amazing experience of setting up and transitioning of a company in B.

Please help me decide whether I leave B & join A again.. 🤔

Currently having an offer from Deloitte India in Manager role and another one from Rolling Arrays as Lead Consultant. Rolling Arrays offer is 3L higher in fixed.

I have 2 Offers, both from start ups, A is a consumer faced growing startup with good & lots of work! Pros of A are: Culture seems good, maybe good quality work, peers okay! Cons are : No flexibility with WFH, package 4 lakhs less than B, maybe lots of work.

Pros of B: Higher package (+4 lacs), option to work from anywhere, dont know about kind of work!
Cons; SaaS based startup so don’t know about kind of work I would get, maybe dashboard or external services integration, WLB may be fucked up! 

What should I join? I am in dilemma, what if I join A and I get overwhelmed with work and get burned out, package also less.

What if join B and I do not get quality work and do not grow as a Frontend developer? 

Folks with experience help!!!!!!!!
I previously joined a startup, got burned out pretty quickly!

If I would summarize success or failure in my life it has always been about being at the right time at the right place or being at the wrong place at the wrong time. I have seen people possessing the same skills yet failing to succeed just because they weren't there the moment they were needed. Even guys with below average skill succeed because they said the right thing at the right time. If one can analyse the situation and make the right call then they have already succeeded.
