Confused about which company to join

Offer A - Public company good brand name in US - 35 lpa fixed and 15 rsu. Role - senior engineer. Established product and team I think personal growth would be constant Offer B - startup - 50 lpa fixed. Role - staff engineer. Growth stage product , product needs to be established in market. Which one is good, considering 2-3 years timeframe and which one opens door for next job offers

25M, CSM role I have offers from 2 companies. Both are companies I admire and have managed them as a CSM in my current company and have excellent relationships. I’ve interviewed for both and the pay is what I expected however which one should I go with? Company A- 100% remote Company B- I admire this a bit more. When I asked for making an exception to let me do remote the founder said if I can move to Chennai for 6 months to get in sync with product/team and then go remote we can move forward. I have notions about moving to Chennai. If it was remote I would blindly select B. Confused right now which one to go with. I have some borrowed and some experienced notions about Chennai + I moved to BLR just in April 2024

I recently got a decent offer. Recruiter asked me whether I want to wait for other potential offers before signing but I decided to sign as I thought that the market is bad and I might not get another offer. Later I realised that I was lowballed in terms of cash compensation. Right now, I have been shortlisted for 2 more companies that pay very well and I think I can crack those offers. The thing is, I like the first company a lot as their interview process and interviewers gave me a good idea of their work culture. Ideally, I would want to join them but I also think that I can get a much better package, potentially 2x in terms of cash compensation. Current offer in hand (good company): 18LPA fixed + 50LPA RSU vested in 4 years Potential offers(decent company/ layoffs happened/happening): 25-35LPA fixed + RSU I was also thinking that maybe I can go back to the first company after getting an offer from the second one and ask them to increase their initial offer or match it with the new one. Any views viners?

I recently got offer from an early stage startup in banglore. They raised a total funding of $5.19M over 2 rounds. My offer is 13 LPA + 1 lakh retention bonus 5k per month for commute and health insurance I have past experience of 2 years working with 2 startups and building apps from scratch for them. Honestly I'm really confused about this offer, it is for sure better than my previous offer but I'm not feeling satisfied. Any suggestions guys?

Wingify (Bootstrap B2B SaaS startup) Role : PM Salary: 15 Base + 1 Joining Bonus + 1 Performance Based Bonus + Unknown Performance Based Stock Options Mode: WFH 3. Docsumo.ai ( Seed funded Startup) Role: APM Salary: 17.5 (Base) + 1 (Fixed Bonus) + 7 ESOPs Mode: 3 day work from office Currently : APM at a seed stage startup 15 Base + 1 Bonus + 2 ESOPs YOE: 1.3 Would really appreciate insights/advice on how to approach and also how to negotiate with Wingify.

I have 2 Offers, both from start ups, A is a consumer faced growing startup with good & lots of work! Pros of A are: Culture seems good, maybe good quality work, peers okay! Cons are : No flexibility with WFH, package 4 lakhs less than B, maybe lots of work. Pros of B: Higher package (+4 lacs), option to work from anywhere, dont know about kind of work! Cons; SaaS based startup so don’t know about kind of work I would get, maybe dashboard or external services integration, WLB may be fucked up! What should I join? I am in dilemma, what if I join A and I get overwhelmed with work and get burned out, package also less. What if join B and I do not get quality work and do not grow as a Frontend developer? Folks with experience help!!!!!!!! I previously joined a startup, got burned out pretty quickly!

Role : SDE 1, backend YOP: 1.5 years TLDR : I've received a job offer from a startup in Bengaluru with a base package of 14LPA. This opportunity came through a connection who holds a senior position in the company. Currently, I'm employed at an early-stage startup with a small team, working on a great product, with a package of 10LPA. The story behind this: I was laid off from my previous company due to their financial issues. At that time, I informed my manager to keep me in mind for any future opportunities. Subsequently, I joined a smaller startup with a 20% increase in salary as a SDE 1. I am happy with my work-life balance and satisfied with my role in building a successful product with a substantial customer base. Recently, my previous manager, now in a senior position at a mid-sized startup, referred me for a role. Although my second-round interview didn't go perfectly, I've been offered the position based on his positive feedback, and they are offering me a base salary of 14LPA. I have responsibility in my current company and my resignation will effect their timeline. also i don't want to ruin my connection with my manage also who offered me the new job. I'm uncertain about what decision to make. Any advice?

Need some guidance. I am currently working in a product based MNC with a decent salary for 8 months. I am having 3 years of work experience. Recently I got an interview opportunity from a US based startup company for a SDE 2 remote role with 50% hike. What shall I do? Should I be continue working in the reputed MNC or try to switch to a startup with 50% hike and complete remote opportunity? Any help and guidance is much appreciated 🙂

I got an offer of 11.78 lpa from infy my current company i.e capg wants to retain me with the same and also will shift me to the kind of project I want. I have around 3 y.o.e what should I do here as capg is my first company. Some suggestion would be highly appreciated.

I just joined a company and it's been only 2 weeks. When I accepted the offer there was another interview in pipeline and some delay was going. The result came and now I am confused what to do. Startup (current company) TC : 27+2 (base+pf) New Offer from a big firm: 31.5+3.15+1.51+45kUSD(Base+target bonus+pf+stocks 4yrs) = 43.87LPA Annual CTC It's not easy as it seems. The startup (curr company) has great culture and tech stack. The product is exciting. It is part of a larger parent company. Whereas the big firm (new offer) works on a Monolith and work mostly uses Java. Codebase is 20yrs old according to Hiring manager. And one more thing - I hate Java. Why the difference has to be so big in TC 😭 I don't like to be confused. Have you ever been in such a situation? I want to relate my situation. YoE : 2
