Let's talk about office romance
I seriously would like to know how to go about asking someone you like in an office setup? Without it becoming awkward later on if handed with rejection. Also making sure that the person being asked out does not feel creeped out.
Don't forget about POSH Act π
But I remember someone sharing something like don't make honey where you make money.
On that note, the company where I work does have some rules set in place to avoid bias (manager - reportee kind of thing)

Yeah, POSH is first on everybody's mind. But I like to think things in a more poetic way. How wondrous would it be to confess your crush to someone. But then again these rules stop me. That's why asking how to go about it in the most respectful manner if there is such a thing.

See if you can transition out of the company and ask her out in the notice period. It would mean that you are genuine and plan to stay committed to her and compliant to HR policies and POSH Act.
