Work from Mountains 🏔️

I have been working from mountains and it has been a very good experience. I am here since last 13days no internet issue and mobile data is also fast enough. I got a tiffin arrangement as well. I am from Noida and before moving to mountains for a longer time just experimenting different areas of Uttarakhand and recently I am at Mukteshwar. Hey viners I am planning a 2 week workation/staycation from mid to end March within India. Hoping to get some good recommendations for the same. I will be traveling solo. I have a remote job, so would need good Wifi connectivity. Budget not a big constraint. Please mention tried and tested location/city + stay/hostel recommendations, if any of you have done the same.

29F, I still stay with my parents Working, earning >1lpm, remote work Over the years, I have realised I own no assets. Everything has been bought by parents EVERYTHING My mom would always make sure she or dad paid, saying you can keep your money for yourself (which I initially thought was very sweet) Now I see how I am dependent on them for all What ever I have bought can be put into a polythene bag and that's all my life (I generally spend on food and stuff that goes away) I have bought certain items for family or the house, but that isn't mine obviously I need to get out of the house, my mental health is at the edge

I have been doing WFH for the last 3 years from my hometown. Before that i was in Bangalore(YOE:5). Now i am kind of bored, doing the same activity daily, visiting the same places on weekends. Thinking of relocating for short-term(1-2 months) somewhere, budget 20-25k monthly, not so lonely place. Suggest some places, internet is a top priority. If i liked the place, I can extend my stay.

I always hated WFH during Covid days. I have always made good friends at work. Sometimes even girlfriends (when I leave the company). Now I recently joined a company with amazing salary. But it’s work from home. I spend most of my time on a bed. Even if I do something productive, that’s completely being alone. Sometimes I go days without speaking a word. And I can’t talk to old friends every day. It’s become very lonely and I really miss Working from Office. P.S: I stay in a rented flat with a friend. Even he’s most of the time unavailable due to his office.
