Seeking Advice

Hi everyone, I am a final year CSE student graduating in June 2024. I have got on campus placement in a good startup based company, and my internship(SDE INTERN) is currently going on. Also, I have developed and learned a lot in these past months. Now, I am clueless, for the upcoming years. I mean, what new skills to learn and grow as software developer. I have researched about it, and currently AI and blockchain are the major dominant fields, I feeled. Also, I need to know DO's / DONT's from all of you, for me (as a newbie in software fields jobs) that should be know. All your feedbacks and guidance are highly appreciated 🙏 . I've done my Btech in EC from NIT. Worked for 2Y as a dev in IT Services co. Then I did my MBA from one of the old IIMs. Got placed as a "Consultant" in one IT services co, where JD said the role is client facing and business centric. Have been working here for close to 2Y. Basically I'm part of an Agile project team, as another Dev/QA resource. I basically do QA for project releases and occasional SQL scripting. Tried internally to switch to a Project/BA role but this experience is hindering me. Outside it's even worse as I don't even get shortlisted. I believe I have good skills to excel in Product/BA/Project roles. But not getting them as I don't have any prior experience. My confidence is very low now and my career seems to go nowhere. The pay is also worse, 21.6LPA currently ( of which 17.6 is fixed). I'm not complaining and this money is a lot for most people. But it's not even close to what my juniors after 2 batches earn. The only upside in my job is no pressure and can work remotely most days. What should I do ? Shall I learn AI/ML and move to an Individual Contributor role ? How to get shortlisted for these after prep? Any advice or leads would be helpful, TIA.

I am a software engineer with 11 months of experience. I have no interest in testing field and wanted to work in development roles from the start but my org forced me to work as an integration tester. Now I am planning to upskill and jump. I have great interest in cloud field and believe that it is an emerging field, but I am told that AI/Gen AI is also very good field to go in. Although l don't have any particular interest in AI and always thought that it is not easy to get good paying AI related jobs for beginners like me, I am ready to pursue, if told otherwise. Please give me some advice/guidance as to which field I should choose as a fresher that has good learning and future scope and pays good. Any advice/guidance is appreciated 🙂.

I have 8+ years of experience in IT in multiple technologies, now I want to shift to AI & ML domai as a data scientist or ML engineering. I am technically sound in these AI and ML concepts i was wondering what would be challenges and to what extent are recruiters accepting my profile considering my 1 years of experience in this domain. I'm a Bcom grad with 2 years of experience as a US recruiter and around 1 year of experience as a customer service rep. I was into IT and tech stuff but I did not pursue anything at the time. Now I am very interested in changing my career paths to anything in the fields of IT but idk what interests me in specific all I know is I am not very fond of the coding side of IT. So can you please suggest what courses/certifications would help me secure a job?

Skillset : SQL, PowerBI, Python, Advance Excel, ML, Very basic Azure (Just started learning) 1.5 yrs of experience in TCS in PLSQL DB Team I am confused as to which field should I venture into, Big data or data engineering or cloud architect? I like coding but not way too much.
