Hey everyone, I am just trying to understand the market right now..I have 7.5 years of experience and have been a senior consultant for a year or 2 now. Worked on RPA and other intelligent automation with career start as a Java associate developer. I have an in hand of 17lpa. What can I expect if I switch. I have been slowly moving towards ML and Gen AI. As I don't feel RPA will be there in some years. As gen ai is gonna take over everything. What do you guys suggest? Is it right time to switch?

I'm actually liking the job but I was wondering if there is any future scope in this? A team member of mine just switched with 15 LPA offer and they have 2 yrs of experience. 

Also, what other tools should I learn for better opportunities?

Currently, I'm employed at Cognizant, with 2.5 YOE in developing AI chatbots and other AI applications using Microsoft Azure cloud services. My current ctc is 9Lpa. Should I stay with Cognizant or consider switching for a higher salary?

I am an RPA developer looking to transition to generic software roles

I'm working as an RPA developer ( Power Automate, power apps, PAD) for a year now. I don't see much growth here. Also, money is also not so great. 
I'm planning to switch to a different tech stack, but I am now confused about which path to follow. Dsa, Java, js . Or start with Python and data engineering.
Parallel applying for jobs but not getting replies from anywhere. 
Total work exp : 11.5 months

Advice

Can Ai take product jobs? Been planning to switch to either PRODUCT or DATA SCIENCE roles in 5/6 months, but kinda skeptical as what path I should go ahead with. Also with the AI advancing everyday and some tech bros taking about AI taking jobs makes me wanna wonder about the path I should go ahead with.Any recommendations will help, thanks. Currently am a java developer with 1.4 YOE and kinda find it boring (maybe its the project)

RPA guidance

I joined Accenture and got into a project fresh after my graduation. I have 2 years experience in Automation Anywhere and SQL only, as that's the only skills required for my project. 
I have only basic idea about c#, Java, AWS, Azure and python, as I self studied those. I have never used those in any project and neither do I have real experience in those.
I want to switch companies but I couldn't find more job openings related to Automation Anywhere. And for other skills they need experienced people. What should I do to switch companies? I am ready for cross training but I couldn't find proper guidance. I don't know which skill I should learn more to find job.

What skills I need to switch?

As a fresher, is it good to start a career with MS Power automate, power apps  developer ? 

I don't have much knowledge in development, but  I have done Oracle Java 8 certification and can solve easy to medium level Leetcode questions. 

Recently, I got selected in a good product based electronics company, Designation is software developer only, but after joining, I got to know I need to work on RPA and low code platform. So I'm confused now. Should I put all my focus on this, or should I up skill myself and look for better opportunities ?
