Tell us how and when you realised that you need to move away from the people around you for your betterment. There's a saying, "You're the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with." This unknowingly shaped us for periods.
Lol never. Once you become a part of the circle, you cannot escape it. You have to deal with it. You can try to spend time with other people but you cannot change your circle.

True, I know most of my friends are dumb, but I still laugh only when I spend time with these people, and no matter what happens, I know they will always stand by me in times of need.
Or vaise bhi wise log kisi ke nhi hote.
That's true among circle of friends
How about circle that has professional folks. Have you ever felt that you wanted to move out due to team members instead of manager?

Its a very nuanced question.
1. I mean I never left my school friends circle. We are still together. We have a whatsapp group. Also, we talk very less as everyone is busy but no one left the group this the best part.
2. One more circle Iāve with the college friends. We are still together. Few people left the group idk why without even telling anything. But then what can we do about this.
3. As far as the professional network is concerned, its keep on changing once you hit the bar.
3.1. But you never leave the people in the sense that i still talk to them sometimes and ask them what they are doing in their life and all.
When you start questioning yourself āwhat is wrong with me that I am talking to this person?ā, thatās when you move away.
Personal life - When the person hasn't evolved or refuses to evolve; is dishonest; becomes politically polarised to a nauseating level; sticks around you for your money.
Professional life - When the person is toxic and manipulative; is jealous of colleagues' growth.
There is a pleasure in the pathless woods;

There is society, where none intrudes,

I love not man the less, but Nature more...
Never, my circle has extremely limited individuals. No one from office (and that is very helpful) plus I never try to fit in any circle just for the sake of interacting or so called networking.
You make groups organically. If you want to fit in with a bunch over achievers thinking ur avg will go high, thats just desperate IMO.
Like minded form groups, atleast thats what i have seen in colg or school.
