Need insights into salary for Goldman Sachs

Hi, I am currently interviewing with Goldman Sachs. Could someone share insights into what will the average compensation (with breakdown if possible). I am interviewing for a project management role and have 2 YoE. The JD shared with me mentioned Associate but I’m not sure if I’ll be given Associate or Analyst. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Goldman sachs offer negotiation

I recently got laid off and then joined a US based startup for 35L comp (all fixed) The interview for associate position in GS has been happening from more than a month and i just have the hiring manager round left. So I am expecting an offer How much can I expect for this level at goldman sachs? Can I quote 45L fixed and negotiate from there? Also is it a good thing to join goldman sachs leaving a well funded US Based series B startup? Im from a tier 3 univ and only worked in startups so i guess this will also give me a good title on my resume Yoe: 3.7 TC: 35L

Hi Guys, I am having 3 YOE and i got offers from both startup and Goldman Sachs. I am confused on which should I join. Can you guys help me here? Pros of startup( after discussion with hiring manger and employee of the same team) 1. startup culture 2. More impactful work( The team i am joining, they are building the complete component from scratch) Pros of GS 1. 30% more salary ( ~40 LPA) 2. Brand Value Any suggestions would be appreciated!

VP at blackrock

Why are there so many VP at Black Rock on LinkedIn with comparatively lesser YOE than it usually requires to be VP. Almost every one is 28-32 y.o. and there are 20-30 atleast in the NCR. Very less from IIMs,IITs so we can't discount that. Anyone have any idea? Other than fake profile? Any1 working there have any clue please could you comment on hierarchy or workflow .thanks.
