Need a helpfull suggestion

I need some suggestions I am planning to quit my job without having an offer letter because I am not getting calls from the requiter . I already spent 3 years with low salaries Please give me some good suggestions on what I can do . I am in Infosys my salary around 4lpa

Hi folks, I have 2 YoE in Production Support ( basically don't have much technical knowledge) know SQL, Java basic level(understands what code is doing). After trying a few days of DSA and coding I find that I don't like doing it in long run. So guys can you suggest any IT field where less coding at the same time there should be peace.( I love peace, not much pressure. Fine with little less pay) Please let me know your thoughts in comments.

Hi, I have been working in Infosys for past 3.5yrs. my starting salary wad 5lpa and now it's 8lpa. I feel I should be compensated more based on work that I put into my projects for which the most feasible option would be to switch. Hence, I need some advice related to job-switching from fellow software engineers who have already been able to do that. My skills are Java-spring boot , react , sql, github copilot, kubernetes, What other skills do I need to know to be able switch comfortably? Kindly suggest some websites where I should be applying from. In the coming days maybe after March would be good time to apply, don't you think? What scope do I have in product based companies? TIA

Hi all, I’ve been working with oracle for almost 2 years. It feels stagnant now. No new skills, newtech to work upon, moreover my position is Associate SDE but I’ve been with QA team since beginning. I’ve talked to manager regarding same but no fruitful outcome. I feel stuck. Im actively looking for switch but can’t figure out which skills to study or start from bcoz different companies ask for different skillset. And my profile looks more like automation tester then SDE. Pls help !!

Hi all I am working in Infosys from past 2.5 years I joined as fresher now I am thinking to switch for career growth I have worked in Network Operations mostly now I feel like I need to switch in development as I have gain interest in it . But I don’t have much hands on experience on development .. what should I do? Should I start searching for another company immediately or I should focus to gain more knowledge of development? I am a python Developer having experience of 7.3 years. In this span I have worked as a Data Engineer with Geospatial data, RestFul API Developer, Away API gateway Integration and development Engineer. Right now since last 1.6 years working as ML engineer (80% software development+ 20% Data science exposure to me, There is Data scientist team for model development). Now I want to switch but confused that should I learn Deep learning in deep and practice in my current project before switch or I should master DSA and UI (React JS) and switch as SDE or Lead position. Adding to my tech stack, I have good knowledge to work with AWS, and Azure and using python SDKs for both. Beginner/Good experience with Docker kubernetes as well. Please suggest me so that I can make a choice to switch my company and get place in a Good org with good payment and work culture. Thanks in advance.
