Netherlands vs US for master's and settling.

I have been planning to go for masters and confused between masters in management at UK and European b Schools and masters in engineering management at us universities, which will be better considering that earning great money is top priority followed by living , saving , investing and come back to India in few years -Goal is product/consulting domain . Hey everyone, seeking some career advice here. So, I've been grinding away in the risk domain at a big financial services MNC for about 2 years now ( have total experience of 5 years from similar companies), pulling in around 30 lakhs INR. Recently, I got a bit curious about what else is out there, so I started poking around. But here's the kicker – every HR rep I chat with says my pay is cool, but they're eyeing up MBA grads from fancy schools for the budget I'm looking out for. Thing is, I know my stuff. I've snagged awards, jumped up the ladder faster. But now I'm starting to sweat about whether my lack of an MBA is gonna bite me in the rear down the line. Plus, with all the chatter about layoffs, I'm low-key freaking about whether my gig here is as solid as I thought. Any advice on how to navigate this maze? Should I bite the bullet and go for that MBA, or stick to my guns and trust that my track record speaks for itself? Appreciate any wisdom y'all can drop!

Has anyone here done double MBA? I am currently thinking of doing another MBA(outside India). Did my MBA from top 15 Bschools in India 10 years back. Reason: Honestly want to move out of India.

I'm a 24yo M, into frontend engineering making over 18LPA. I'm also working part time for a startup. I'm considering masters in the UK, US or Canada on the same order of priority. my main reasons to even consider masters are the following - meet people from different backgrounds - get a better paying job with a work visa in a foreign country - FOMO as a lot of people i know from college are now abroad studying/working cons i see in this approach - heavy on the finances - economy isn't doing very well worldwide - job market is pretty bad rn - i have everything here in India (family, friends, a well paying job) my ideal case would be to get a visa sponsored job opportunity, but considering the economy and job market it seems impossible. would love to know opinions of some experienced folks or anyone who'd have some guidance for me. thanks.

Is it worth the amount i will pay staying and in tuition fees? I currently work as senior software engineer at 30 lpa . Should I leave that and go? Or wait for another year for recession to pass in eurozone? Is life better there?

I always planned on doing masters after completing two years of experience. But with the current market scenario, is it worth going to USA to pursue masters in HCI ? Here's my background: I completed my engineering degree with average academic performance, not being a top achiever. I have four years of work experience in Finance and as a Growth Manager at Fintech companies. Now, I'm contemplating gaining more skills through a degree and job abroad. What steps should I follow, and do you have any recommendations? Additionally, which exams do I need to clear for this?
