Mine have to be WFH, good money, and decent WLB
Notice period of 90 days, everyone wants immediate joiners or 1 month notice max.😐😔

In the bigger scheme of things, this small stuff doesn't matter
Because of family constraint, needs work from home. So continuing in current company for next 6 months
