I'm a designer with around 5 years of experience and I'm at a bad stage in my company because I'm currently remote and they are forcing us to relocate. Those who are denying are being asked to resign. Because of this I was applying to multiple jobs on LinkedIn and there are hardly any good openings and half of the openings seem fake as if they are farming resumes. I was reading about this one and apparently companies do this because they want to show they're hiring but in actuality they aren't. I even applied to a couple of openings on a Sunday morning at 6 am and I got a rejection within an hour lol. Don't tell me recruiters are working on a Sunday morning. Idk if I'm the only one facing this issue. If anybody has any openings in their company it would be great if you can refer me. I'm not working at Capgemini. It's a burner account.
