Job + freelancing

As Software Engineers, it might be bit difficult starting out with first freelance gig or contract job. I was able to secure one in college with about 50k/month for about 4months working as a back end engineer for an Indian SaaS company and international client. Great learning and great pay for a newbie. Also if you have a full time job and freelance gig. how do you juggle between both? Keeping in mind you also need to take personal time and time for fitness.

If I work at Accenture, is it is possible for me to freelance for other clients?

I have a full time job as a data scientist and I am thinking of picking up few freelance projects parallely. Apart from conflict of interest, I wanted to understand what are the risk, especially when I will joining a new company.

So I've been working as Freelancer and working on a main job for last 4-5 months and Iin the given time I'v really enjoyed building something and creating something from scratch, but from last few days it seems like I'm not really enjoying what I'm doing or more like I'm pretty tired of doing things simultaneously, so thing is I was more of a night owl but recently from last couple of weeks I've been trying to wake up early and then start my work but doing so I find myself pretty involved in unproductive things and not able to contribute much, is it time management? burnout? idk,now the motivation to build something is pretty inconsistent, tho I have my main job as WFH but still I'm struggling with time management.

Hello everyone, currently I am in a service based company earning 9 lpa as a frontend developer(React) for 4 months. Before that I was in Tcs for 1.5 years. I am not happy in the current project. Changing project is not possible. I am thinking of resigning and taking 5-6 months to start freelancing as frontend/full-stack developer or start preparing for product based companies. What are your opinions?

Anyone here doing freelancing along with 9 to 5 jobs to earn extra bucks? Any tips on starting up? How much do you make? Is it worth it? Do you use company laptop? 1.5+ years in day to day job here. Looking to learn new things by building and what better than getting paid for it. Debunk my myths if any.

Been working for top product companies for 6+ years as a software developer and currently product manager. Motivation earlier used to be learning etc but right now its mostly money where i am currently at. There is no skill growth, just applying what i already know, days are busy which doesnt give me any time for other things ( upskilling, side projects) Explored the market and have found freelancing role that lets me 1. work remotely 2.Gives me opportunity to work on latest tech stack ( frustrated with not being able to code in my current job) 3. Lets me control my time as fixed hours are billed and you can commit hours ( might work only 20-30 hours a week and reclaim the rest) Thinking of transitioning but not sure as we are fed to work in good product companies and look at service/freelancing in bad light. I feel like most of what i needed to learn via my job in product management, i have learnt already and feel like not being able to code as much is making me outdated as a builder. Tldr: good job that pays well but skills are not growing, another option is to turn to freelancing, earn 70% of what i currently earn but helps me upskill, gain control of my time and maybe experiment with side projects in remaining time

Don't tell me the Upwork or Fiverr because they are more crowded or tell me any other platform or any resource where you get good results for finding the freelancing projects.

Was working at a startup, its shutting down and in the meanwhile I am building something on the side. To fund the startup I need cash and some specialised resources. Hence freelancing and working three extra Jobs 1 freelance 1 full time pays half of my last full-time job Another freelance project What are your thoughts, some of the work I have outsourced to a reliable dev. I know this sounds crazy to some would you do this?
