CV is getting rejected

Hi all , I am 23 years old with 1.7 years of experience in Project management of a fintech app by a large nbfc company . I am earning around 12 lpa . I need to check cvs of people my age and who are earning 2-3x of my current CTC . Can you share me details of such profiles you may know or how do I get the cvs . I'm also open to reach out of if someone is approachable.

Hi All, would love to hear your thoughts/ideas/strategies on how to switch from a Senior Customer Success Manager role to a Product/ Project Manager role. Brief background - Total Work-Ex 9 years (2.5 years in IT services pre MBA + 6.5 years in Sales/KAM/Customer Success post MBA). Recently have switched few companies in search of better roles/compensation and that also reflects in a negative way in resume. Not able to get even an interview call while applying for PM roles. Hi guys, I am a senior frontend dev (lead) with 8 years of experience. Just have a BCA degree from 3 tier college. After years of staring at screen constantly for good 10+hrs, i want to make a move to Non Tech role like PM or Engg Manager Role. Help with what all options do I have to make a switch- 1- MBA from Normal xyz college will give a low yield 2- MBA from Ivy league will take time to crack and complete. 3- PMP course just for the sake of it 4- Pmp course from ISB or Keylogg to actually learn it Currently 33 age, ctc 36lpa fixed. Also, will I be able to get similiar ctc ?

Profile- 4 YOE, B.Tech from old IIT I started looking for new roles towards the end of June, and it took me approximately two months to get an offer letter. My skillset in a niche technical area helped me to get this offer. My advice to folks looking for a job, focus on your strengths and do not get discouraged. It's brutal out there, but you need only one job. Stay focused.

So guys I am working as a quality engineering analyst from past 2 years at accenture. They are providing a very nominal package and I am looking for a higher package opportunities. I have applied in many companies but didn’t get any good offer yet. So at this point of time what should I do? Should I go for cat preparation and do MBA so that I can have a pg degree or should I go for certifications and stuff and keep applying??

I have worked in startups for 6 years now(Product Manager role); and recently applied for 1-year MBA programs in UK. Got in Queen’s University, University of Liverpool, Birmingham and a few others. I resigned a few months ago because company was putting people on PIP instead of layoff and severance payments. I am not working at the moment. Eventually I did not go for MBA - thought it’s foolish to spend 30lakhs for a Masters Stamp on my portfolio. People generally to for MBA to move into another domain; and mostly product. I am thinking of a few conventional businesses now or a job overseas. I do not have a Tier 1/2 college degree. What would you have done?

Hi, I know it’s a much debated topic but I wanted honest views of my fellow grapers/viners/grapeviners. How valuable is an MBA as a PM? What are the trade-offs - MBA vs Non MBA? Does it affect the career 10 years down the line? About myself: I’ve 3.5 years of work experience as a PM in the BFSI sector. I did my engineering from a tier 1 institute and started my career as a PM. Currently wondering what to do next. The learning experience in the current company has been below par as of today with no signs of improvement. I would like to explore VC, PE but I’m happy with PM too. If you are pro MBA, bonus points for suggesting any relevant courses. If against, then please suggest any upskilling resources 🙌🏻 TIA

Rejected BPO offer from TCS and TechM back in 2017. Sitting for six years at home. Prepared for CAT, XAT , IIFT, SNAP, TISS, XGMT, SRCC, NMAT, CMAT. Didn't secure a good percentile. Stopped preparing for MBA entrances and started preparing for govt exams. Still not able to clear any. B.com grad with accounting hon. No int in CA/CS. Zero experience at anything. Currently depressed to a point that I have no energy doing anything. Need help.

I have been working as an APM at a series C startup for the last 1 year. I did my MBA from a tier 1 college. Worked as a full stack developer for 2 years before that. Am I underpaid? What would be a fair market compensation. Should I try getting another PM job in a different company or switch back to being a dev. ( Not liking PM that much, the dev role was a better experience.)
