Politician, businessmam, all have done things which shouldn't be. Look at any rich person, and you will find the correlation. Even the modern day, influencers/ model/ etc are doing things which arent morally right but they are getting paid, aren't they? Now there might be a outlier, a morally and ethically sane person been rich, but there are always outliers and exemptions to rules!

It's been some time since I received some kindness from people. The last time I heard some kind words or got a kind gesture was very long ago. Today, whoever I interact with behaves absurdly without any compassion. The shopkeepers won't talk politely if asked about a product, the house owners will talk rudely and make random rules any day, people won't smile on the metro, in restaurants they will shout on the waiters and the list goes on. I am not even bringing up autowalas and taxiwalas. What does it take to show some compassion? How much does it take to compromise a little bit so that other person feels good about this world? Why does everyone want to just rip other off? 😞

I’ve seen posts and memes all over social media on the recent titanic sub disaster. I realised anytime someone rich and successful is going through something bad everyone likes to laugh at it or they seem to celebrate it. 

Even when rich people do something for themselves we have the SJWs saying they could’ve end poverty , done this or that but the thing is it’s their money it’s up to them to decide what to do. We’ve got governments to look after the welfare of the people. 

Why hold rich and successful people accountable ? The argument can be made for normal people like you and me as well? 

Why stay in a posh locality in a good house when you could stay somewhere cheap ? Why use an iPhone rather than some ordinary one ? Why have investments when you can invest in on people ? Sounds dumb doesn’t it? So let’s just consider rich people as humans and not heroes or villains with what they do with their wealth.

The cofounder is an IIT IIM grad. Shows how greed can even pollute the minds of even highly educated people. Really don't understand how the VCs can be so fucking dumb, funding them with 165 Crores!! I have been through ups and downs in IT, but these layoffs seem crazy. There is just no pattern to it, more like everyone is firing let me fire.

Honestly I feel its high time Tech companies, Startups take a hard look at their business and revenue model. Most just seem to be in a herd mentality.  Every one is mass hiring, let me also mass hire. Every one is giving exorbitant salaries, let me also give.

Its become more a cycle now, hire in large numbers, find there is no work to give, no revenue to sustain, and so mass fire again. This just cant be going on. 

Who makes mistakes that results in revenue loss or crunch? 

Top management 

Who gets fired ? 

Every one except the ones who are responsible.

Dont fucking give me the reasoning that you are doing this for efficiency and streamlining.

No you are just doing it to protect your own arse, while making scapegoats of others.

So the Musks, Pichais, Zuckerbergs happily take fat bonuses, while drafting teary regret letters for firing. And they are supposed to be our role models to look up to? 

Enough is enough IT industry can't forever be running in this same mode. These hire and fire cycles are getting weary nowadays.
