The curse of the reels/shorts/notifications every 5 minutes age...

The worst thing was that the fuckers never mentioned McK as much as they did the poor guy.
I can vouch for one thing, Consulting companies turn all ALL freshers into the scummiest consultants.
Consultants miss out on a key piece of professional growth at a company: learning from mistakes. They typically swoop in to offer advice and recommendations on a project, but don’t stick around to see the success or failure of their ideas, they’re only seeing a part of the process.

100 of employees kill themselves every month due to professional pressure. 100s of men/women kill themselves unable to handle the life pressure. One IIM guy kicks it and we are still talking about it after 2 months. IF this guy wasnt from IIT/IIM , will the media even cover this?
No matter how much you earn like 1,2,3 Cr in the tech world, YOU ARE JUST A BLOODY COG !!! is the realisation.
While I really feel bad for that guy, end of the day sadly he was seen just as meat and replaceable by the bloody McKinsey !!!
The only people who are happy a bit are the uber rich like millionaires etc, They suffer with first world problems but thats the end of it !!!!
Folks earning 1L, 10L, 1Cr are all so much more closer to each other than to the uber rich stealing from all of the above to earn in "lakh-crores"!

Hey, not just Indian media!
Whatever came out of the Boeing whistleblower? Or the other countless whistleblowers who are now either dead, in prison, or prosecuted by the authorities on behalf of these megacorps!
Sushant singh rajput is still remembered but what’s changed? Nothing. McK is so big, even if this had continued… I doubt much would have changed. Ik pessimistic view but that’s just been the experience
@FunnyBones Exactly, they are a bunch of bad people tbh. They have ruined one family forever.

It is murder and this murder done by the mentor, supervisor, team lead, delivery manager and last but not the least the customer.
Since the dude was from IIM atleast he got more than a day's coverage. Had it been a non IIT/IIM/MBBS a small paragraph in a local newspaper is all you get. Unless people as collective start openly challenging corporate nothing can be achieved.
I was working as consultant at KPMG which was my first job. Training period was fun then i landed into a team where they trained me on how system works. It was just three months i was in self doubt for my decision in that team, i had no work for 3 months i was feeling depressed by the team culture and tried to avoid them, a month later my manager started PIP where she included all shitty things like using phone in office, dont involve in team, dont come out for gatherings and etc. when PIP was initiated i was learning materials which was shit to learn i had no interest still i learnt them and showed the progress in 15 days in the same week she assigned me 3 clients work and the complexity was high, where i delayed delivering the work for a day and this thing she portrayed in negative feedback to HR she asked me do you have anything to say, then i mentioned the problems i was facing she was like this can’t be an excuse for this she gave me 15 days to improve my performance where i did well and completed my work before deadline. Yesterday i had review with manager and HR ,here the mf my manager she started saying all the things from past 6 months and started comparing me with other teammates then HR came to the conclusion that i should resign or else they will terminate. I could clearly see that My manager was holding personal grudges towards me and played well to kick me off
