Yo! How do you guys plan a trip?
So I was planning a trip with my friends, and planning took more time than the total trip. I was in charge of the trip, everyone wanted to do different things, we had limited time, constant arguments before leaving. The budget was not an issue. But I was just fed up. However the trip was good, we enjoyed it a lot. But planning was a mess. How do you guys plan a trip? Pls enlighten
Ask every friend to jot down what each wants in an excel sheet - suggestion from everyone for hotel, activities, flights, destination, etc
Get on a call, try to pick those activities that majority of you all want to do, get confirmation from group and stick to it
And without interruptions from anyone again, you prepare an irternary and share it without any deviation.
