Hi, I just joined TCS as business analyst as fresher with a package of 12 lakhs. But the concern is , I have been given with yhe opportunity to enter into any role like software engineer, data analyst, tester , researcher but I choose BA.

I was a business analyst at a decacorn at 9LPA and recently transitioned into product analyst(to get into product management) at 12 LPA. I also had an offer from another B2B listed startup at 15 LPA, but I chose the 12 LPA offer because it is in B2C. Did i make the right decision?

27M, I wanted to switch my career into a Business analyst from Sales Admin. Hi Folks, Currently I was working as an operational team lead in TCS of Grade BPO 3 and I have an experience of 4 years out of which 1 year as a team lead and the same continues in TCS. So now I have feed up with this BPO jobs and want to switch to IT. After a deep research I came to know Business Analyst is the best platform to switch to IT from BPO. I am from Mechanical engineer background and want to settle as Business Analyst. Kindly requesting anyone to guide me the path of switching from BPO to Business Analyst and what skills and courses I need to do now? Hi All, I need advice from experienced folks here. I joined a recruitment firm working in blue collar around 6 months back as a Product Manager. Around 4 months into the system, I was tasked to build the business intelligence system (it has been ongoing). My manager asked me to whether I want to continue in data and build core skills in data analytics based on my interest and what plans for career. I am a little confused here since I haven’t tried real Product per se and although I enjoy working with data I am not sure whether to build career as a BA and if I can build data competency working as a PM. I need to get back to them by next Tuesday. What are your thoughts here? Please be brutally honest, will appreciate pros and cons Thank You!
