Have you ever experienced break up in relationship ?

I was the dumper. After coming from a difficult financial background my mom gave up everything to get me a good education. And enroll me for engineering. This landed me an above average job and pay. I was grateful and started dating a guy who was from a upper middle class background. He wasn’t working then. He knew my career ambitions. But after 4 years of relationship his priorities and thoughts changed. I don’t blame him , evry person’s situation shapes their thoughts. He eventually wanted me to quit my job and stay in a village with his parent. I tried really hard, suggested i move there and teach at an engineering college. I wanted to balance my moms dream and his expectations of me because of his love for his parents . I couldn’t!!! and after months of trying to convince . I decided to break up. I was labeled as someone who is greedy for money. He apologised years later. Haven’t dated anyone since then. I thought i would have married him. But i have got over it now.

First beak up during school end time, we moved to different cities and drifted apart Second break up it was long distance and it was exhausting tried breaking up multiple time but every time gave in by emotional blackmailing, I cheated and we broke up. Third break up we always knew it won’t work out both found more compatible partner. Now finally in a stable mature relationship from last 3 years.

Yeah dated for 5-6 years I was lied to about many things so I got out of it
