Avg Salary for 5 yrs exp

My salary is 18lpa but it was 2 years back. Now Iam having 5+ years of exp. No hike from last two years. Iam planning to switch the Job. How much I can expect when I switched? My skills are python , Django, mysql, data science basics stuff. Thanks in advance. Looking for comments

Just I want to ask anyone has recently switched from the same company with same experience and stack or from other companies as well , so that I will get glimpse about what questions currently recruiters are asking nowadays and what salary expectations should we put infront of HRs . What’s the realistic timeline to achieve 50-75 LPA in Bangalore? Currently on 28 LPA. If followed career progression of my seniors, it will take at least 7 more years in the same company to hit ~75LPA. Need guidance from folks who are making these figures. There’s this chap on GV who posted that they haven’t received any calls for the past 3 months. Has 2.5 years experience with a current ctc around 15L. We spoke to them only to realise their expectations are 32L (26 fixed and 6 in esops) In a market flooded with resumes due to unfortunate situations, is it fair to have such an expectation and at the same time, call out on GV that they haven’t been getting calls for an interview?
