I had an offer which was paycut from my current salary. I had accepted that offer. Now a month later, I have got another offer, which has 20% pay hike from my current pay. What should I do please suggest?

What are some excuses to decline an accepted offer?

I already have an offer with 70% hike and I am getting 30 to 40% more hike as a counter from different organisations. I would like to know if it is good to accept a counter offer? Because the first organisation was waiting for the last 3 months for me and I am not getting how to say no all of a sudden for joining. Should I reject a counter offer? Pls pls suggest me

I had quoted a ctc, they have agreed with that ctc but now I think it's quite low (17.5 lpa fixed for 2.5 yoe). It's a startup. How do I negotiate it to more. I recently got a decent offer. Recruiter asked me whether I want to wait for other potential offers before signing but I decided to sign as I thought that the market is bad and I might not get another offer. Later I realised that I was lowballed in terms of cash compensation. Right now, I have been shortlisted for 2 more companies that pay very well and I think I can crack those offers. The thing is, I like the first company a lot as their interview process and interviewers gave me a good idea of their work culture. Ideally, I would want to join them but I also think that I can get a much better package, potentially 2x in terms of cash compensation. Current offer in hand (good company): 18LPA fixed + 50LPA RSU vested in 4 years Potential offers(decent company/ layoffs happened/happening): 25-35LPA fixed + RSU I was also thinking that maybe I can go back to the first company after getting an offer from the second one and ask them to increase their initial offer or match it with the new one. Any views viners?
