Friend got an offer from JPMC for SDE 2, need help to choose chil and WLB friendly org/team/Line of Business. Offered TC - 26L YOE - 2.5

Is 32LPA Good salary for SDE2 in bengalore having 5years of experience.

I completed all rounds of interview and got the offer. How is flexport work culture in india as what i got to know that it's good and only get hectic during oncall. Ryan peterson is back as CEO so they are predicting to scale up business and india team handle some core products and it's not like providing support.
