Do you mean people who work on platforms like clevertap, moengage etc? When you're just starting it's 3-5 lacs. Manager makes around 16-18 lpa. So surely lower than other growth roles in eCommerce. But yeah if you switch, you'll have a good pay in 3-4 years.
I am kinda confused whether to go the performance marketing route or lifecycle marketing as generally all the Head of Growth come form former. I don't know why I feel after few years generally career will saturate in lifecycle marketing role
Depends a lot on which company you work at! They can be decently meaty roles with good compensation in all medium to big consumer tech
