Markets are falling, indian stock market here .

- Equity benchmark indices declined after hitting fresh record highs, with Sensex dropping over 900 points, dragged by M&M and IT stocks. - Sensex hit a new all-time high of 80,481.36 during opening trade but tumbled 915.88 points to 79,435.76 by late morning. - Nifty also hit a fresh lifetime high but slumped all gains, declining 291.4 points to 24,141.80. - Major laggards included Mahindra & Mahindra, HCL Technologies, TCS, Tata Steel, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and State Bank of India. - Factors behind the fall include Fed Chair Jerome Powell's comments on rate cuts, across-the-board sell-offs, and technical market challenges.

Nifty down 1.6% , Bank nifty down 2.5%, Realty down 5% , Metal down 3.5%. I get happy when the market rises, but i get extremely happy when it falls or correct :) Let the fall begin 🙌🏻 P.S - I am a long only trader.

Both indexes began diverging sometime close to when Fed started to aggressively hike rates. It appears that the post-COVID rally was more favourable to the S&P but NIFTY is currently outperforming on absolute returns. My idea is fundamentally simple. Financial prudence during the raging recovery paid off for us, the economy appears resilient and poised to do well in the near to mid-term. It also reflects that markets are pricing recessionary risk very differently to both markets. Any ideas by others?

No one has expected to see such graphs in these two days. I want to understand what's out there for us? And what are your thoughts on the Indian Stock market.??

My view on the Stock market in 2024 :- Market will rise till March - April 2024 Nifty 23-24k, then will fall, the fall depends on election results If BJP wins which market is expecting then still the market will fall by 10-15% (Nifty 20-21000) because of buy on rumor and sell on news behavior. If congress wins then the market may fall by 20-25%(Nifty 18-19000) because of the discontinuity of the current government. Then the market will start recovery by September. What do you guys think ?

What do you think is it going to touch 25k ? I feel Modi-fication is already done, nothing much gonna bhe affected. It is a small jump only.

Everything seems to indicate that this is the beginning of an extended bullrun till the elections. What is the game plan? Personally, I am all in. First time since 2020, that I have a net zero cash position.
