Laid off on review
I got yearly review that was baseless. I reasoned back. And few days later I got released over shitty miscellaneous reason. How do I make sure the company doesn't do that to others.

If you can’t name the company, congrats you deserve it and you probably are a p***y about it.
The only way is to spread the word enough so that the existing employees and people outside the org are well aware of such practice

Then there is absolutely nothing you can do to prevent this from happening to others. At best if you’re close with anyone in your team, tell them they stand to have the same thing happening to them, if weirdly they already don’t know it
