Hi, I have been working in Infosys for past 3.5yrs. my starting salary wad 5lpa and now it's 8lpa. I feel I should be compensated more based on work that I put into my projects for which the most feasible option would be to switch. Hence, I need some advice related to job-switching from fellow software engineers who have already been able to do that. My skills are Java-spring boot , react , sql, github copilot, kubernetes, What other skills do I need to know to be able switch comfortably? Kindly suggest some websites where I should be applying from. In the coming days maybe after March would be good time to apply, don't you think? What scope do I have in product based companies? TIA

I also have knowledge of AWS and am currently learning Apache Kafka for expanding my knowledge. I have completed 2 internships and also have been building apis for the backend in my current organization but next month my project is going to end and I'll be moved to the bench where I need to sit for the next 8 months if I stay. I desperately disappointed hunting jobs from last one year although I have one year experience in java receiving rejected mails ! Any one suggest to make best resume which passes ATS test !

I'm a 2nd year student. Teaching myself native iOS app development + algorithmic problem solving + core CS subjects. Now I have exactly 6 months left before the summer internship cycle starts. Turns out there aren't many iOS focused internships out there and I would very much like to future proof my intern prospects. What do you ,experienced folks, suggest I learn so that I can not only make decent projects but also contribute and learn while interning. Right now I'm inclined towards learning Backend development in Java+Spring Boot. If you have any other suggestions, kindly send them my way. Also to the folks who work with Java/Spring Boot, what level of complexity of projects would be the bare minimum to leave a good impression? I have 3 years of experience in frontend. I usually look for jobs by creating profile on Naukri and expecting calls from recruiters. Also, I apply directly on company portals. My question to the grapevine community is how should I find good companies? What I usually do is search up great places to work list or top tech companies on G2. I also apply based on LinkedIn jobs / posts about openings and from Instahyre and Wellfound. Sometimes I do ask for referrals. Is there any other ways to look up on good tech companies? What do other grapeviners do?
