A Startup Idea that You believe will work.
Hi, I resigned from my job to do startup. I have no good Idea now. Anyone have any idea that you really believe will work but you don't have time , energy or motivation to work on. Can you share it if I also believe in that idea i will work on that. If the idea do well or I get funding. You can join me as Co-founder and we will make it big.

However, here are two problems that I’ve been facing, not sure if there’s a business there, but I am sure a lot of people would benefit from this:
Problem #1 water from RO systems get wasted. Multiplied by the number of households using ROs, this becomes a huge problem. How can we fix this?
Problem #2 you need to subscribe to multiple apps for content (hotstar, Netflix..). Can we instead have one platform with all the movies, which is billed like we do for electricity? We pay based on how much we consume.

Social app that scrapes links of all products, clothes, makeup on a tinder like feed. Girls can send each other links in app. Add links from websites to apps send to other friends. Shop with friends.

Nah like an insta feed which just has scraped shopping links from the internet. You scroll through, save, send it to your friends within the app. Can also your own links to save for yourself or just post on the public feed for others. A social app for shopping.

Nothing wrong in leaving without an idea. This definitely shows faith in yourself and will give you enough time to think through, build, iterate abd move ahead.
I am sitting on multiple ideas and have tried and tested few on them with scrappy MVP. I have belief that these ideas can turn into multi-million revenue business with high operating leverage.

Fitness app:
Upload your workout and get feedback on form. Use mediapipe/openpose + llm for detecting and analysising workout videos.
Provide auto comparison against standard forms with an option to connect with real gym trainers. Gym trainers are often sitting idle in the gym, this will give them side income.
Add hardware: put your software on raspberry pi, connect to a camera and screen and voila you now have a smart gym.
Bold vision: we want to replace all mirrors in the gym with a smart screen which analyses your workout.
Either go the route of selling it to the gyms or enter personal space.
If you are selling to gym you might as well bundle up membership management, training scheduling software as well.
Privacy first: blur or remove face.
Once you start gaining users, build an SDK/rest api which will allow other parties to get customer data. For instance gaming companies, who will then map a customer's workout data to in game capabilities of the characters. Obviously , a user should grant permission. No dark pattern or shady stuff.
At this point you might hit a growth bottleneck, so use the data you have collected so far to build a gym setup recommendation system. The optimal way to setup a gym within a space. Sell the software to chains or upcoming gyms and partner with equipment manufacturers.
Build an in-house nutrition tracking system. Something similar to healthify me. GPT vision will be clutch here.
Note that until partnership with gaming companies happen, your TAM will be somewhat limited. So don't raise too much, stay scrappy.
Market: you are fitness company, your goal should be inspire the nation to get fitter. Appeal to the gen z crowd who appear to be more inclined towards fitness. No phony people. Recruit genuine influencer.
