PM role, part time engagement, equity. Until we reach pmf, i only expect consultation on video calls and slack chat. After pmf i expect full time. Matching salary. Product - A low tech solution for non tech savvy brands to reduce their ad spend upto 40%. Problem - Indian d2c brands spend $7b every year on ad spend. Achieve <2% retention and ROAS is <2. This is because their is no other way than ad spend to acq customers. Tech - something at the cross-section of ecommerce, web3 & influencers economy. Core team in place - 2 engineer, 1 coo. Enough cash to survive till pre seed and get early pmf. Will raise pre seed $1.5m. Founders: ex-Swiggy Udaan Uber Microsoft Zomato Rapido At end of the yr 5... Best case exit for you: ~7-9cr. Avg case: 3-5 cr. Worst case: 60L-1cr.

Hey folks So im looking out for a switch. I have overall 2.5yrs of experience with 1.3 yrs in product. Im looking for APM roles preferably in Delhi/Gurgaon location, but open to pune, bangalore as well. Im facing a lot of micromanagement at my current firm from the founder(since he heads product & tech) & i dont have ownership in my role. Even the director of PM shares the same frustration. I feel like after a year of working here i wont have much to show in my cv in core product work. Just to give an example: i started an initiative to call customers for general feedback(satisfaction, whether they actually want what we are doing) & i was told to shut it down & work on things which doesnt have any customer validation. If there are any opportunities available, kindly reach out. Any help would be appreciated. TIA🙂
