Problem - Indian d2c brands spend $7b every year on ad spend. Achieve <2% retention and ROAS is <2. This is because their is no other way than ad spend to acq customers.
Tech - something at the cross-section of ecommerce, web3 & influencers economy.
Core team in place - 2 engineer, 1 coo. Enough cash to survive till pre seed and get early pmf.
Will raise pre seed $1.5m.

At end of the yr 5... Best case exit for you: ~7-9cr. Avg case: 3-5 cr. Worst case: 60L-1cr.
Hey I feel PMF is really hard to achieve and you may need a full time cofounder to make something like that happen.
But seems like you already have a good team in place. Why do you need this extra person?
Right now I'm the 3rd engineer in the team. I love to do sales and BD. Now I'm acting as PM managing the 2 engineers, plus writing code plus doing GTM & fundraising.
Post fundraise i want to dedicate 100% energy in sales, rev. and growth.
So to manage the product a PM is needed.
