Absolute chaos at my office
It is a small service based startup from Jaipur. They hired quite much in recent year because of the project they were getting from US and UK market, but as recession is catching up in these countries, they do not have any project and are firing around 40% of the staff. Most of them are new freshers (as this company tends to have bond culture) and some are old non-billable staff. I am also quite new(actually 2024 passout). Spme of my friends too got laid off, hoping I will not get affected 🥲. P.S: - Share some opportunities for freshers in comments if possible 🥲🥲
someone i know interned at celebal technologies for 1.5 years at 5k monthly (hired from jecrc college) they didn't make him full-time and then fired him when insisted for pay raise.
It's hell hole of a company, without any morals stay mentally prepared to get unfair treatment, it's not your fault
Also navback office is hiring in jaipur maybe try directly reaching out to current employees or hr on LinkedIn.

Bhai jpr mein kyu job karte ho?? I'm from jpr but never joined any company there. Pay scales are very low there and technology k Naam pe kuch advancement hua nhi hai.
BC inse chomu puliya flyover nhi bni 5 year ho gye.
I didn't do job there, my college was in jaipur so did internship there in other local company, have friends working in different companies in jaipur.

Damn, they came to our university too. I got to the interview rounds and the interview went well.
TnP told us they ghosted our university and didn't hire anyone. Thank god
