I want to shift from core to analytics. I have been offered 11lac for the analyst role and currently my CTC is 9, shall I accept this offer considering I want to shift to non core and also don't have any experience or shall I wait for better offers?
Mat ja, purani mei reh, skills sikh and keep looking , anything below 14-15 lpa is a no no. Especially during layoff seasons.
Choose what is your priority, getting the best offer possible or making that functional switch to analytics (which I assume is your long term objective).
Don't switch. Upskill and go for 15-20 LPA only
