After HM round no call back?

Hello all, Recently I have completed my Fitment round for Hashedin by Deloitte around 1 week back. Today I just mailed the HR regarding the application status, but haven't got any response back. Can anyone tell how much time it takes to reveal the results of the interview or provide the offer letter. Thanks

I'll go first. I got a call for an APM role from one of the companies which did sound pretty sketchy and the recruiter was started bullying me into answering questions, when I asked to know more about the role. The recruiter was extremely unprofessional, and obviously the conversation was nowhere great. They however, did go ahead and sent me the JD and other links, etc to fill in and apply for the job. Mind you, I hadn't applied for the job. 🥲 It just was a pretty sour conversation which had left me in an uncertain situation. Any similar experiences?

I cleared two interview rounds, and today I was supposed to receive a call from HR for salary discussion. Additionally, HR informed me that they would roll out the offer letter today, but I haven't received any update yet. Should I wait, or should I reach out for an update? Also I don't want to look desperate but getting anxious to know ....

Has anyone recently received offer letter from Wayfair ? Want to understand how many days it took to receive offer letter after salary discussion with HM ? I had my salary discussion with HM last week Monday and was told will receive by Friday but I am still waiting for offer letter . After checking with HM informed he still waiting to get approvals .

Gave interview in Amazon Ads team for AAM role (L3), all three round went well still no response, where I was hopeful. How HM's are curating profiles, after holding 3+ years of experience in the applied role domain, with relevant experience basis JD, still HM's are not responding. What kind of hiring is this?

How is Walmart track record with the folks they interview ,it’s been more than 2 weeks now after 2nd technical round and still no response. Do they actually reply this late or they have just ghosted now.

After 2 weeks and 4 rounds of interviews, the HR informed me on Friday that I’ve cleared the last round and have been selected. S/he asked me to share some documents and told offer letter will be shared in 2 days. I waited for 2 days and called the HR today. Here’s the interesting thing, on calling s/he didn’t recognise me first and asked me which department I’m from, then asked to wait 15 minutes for callback as s/he was on break. Again waited for more than an hour and called back but this time s/he didn’t pick up the call. My question is should I be worried? Move on or am I being impatient? Just some more info - I don’t have any other offer in hand and the CTC I’ve asked for 100% of previous (last appraisal in 2021) although it’s still less than what is being offered for senior role in current market scenario in Bengaluru. Could this be the reason? Your thoughts, please.

Hi Guys, I have got an offer from one of WITCH for 31 LPA CTC with 10% variable. I have cleared Deloitte round 2 and waiting for HR round. How much more do you think can i quote to Deloitte ? NOTE: I have 9 YOE with Accenture in SAP development.
