All ok at Furlenco?
Just saw a couple of Reddit posts about Furlenco not taking back their furnitures and literally ghosting customers. Their website is also down and tells you to use the app instead. Why would you (PM?) halt a complete website experience until the new one has been built? Seems fishy. Would help if anybody working with Furlenco here could comment. ( On a completely unrelated note, I just placed a return request for my rented furniture with them 🥲)
Their customer service has been bad and they’re saying services will be back up in April
