All things HR and How to tackle them
I am looking for a change of organisation, I am sure to perform on my technical interviews but I am afraid of HR rounds, So can this community help by listing some of the trickiest questions given to you by HRs and how to tackle them tactfully, TIA
HR kab se interview lene lag gye... they just do simple conversation before connecting you with the hiring manager.
Unless you have a really big bad red flag and don’t fumble. You should get though
If the hiring manager wants you, there is literally nothing HR can do to reject you unless there are some giant red flags on you fitting in.
Most HR interviews are a formality to check if you have the basics necessary (communication skills, culture fit, etc).
I have on the odd occasion over-ridden HRs objections and made offers.
