Altercation with my Senior Manager

Hi Guys, I wanted your opinion in 1 matter, I just resigned from a crappy company due to work pressure, mental health and extreme micro management and when I put down the papers, the a**hole on a call told me that during my notice period, my performance should not drop because if it does, then the HR will be involved. He also told me one story where a guy absconded due to mental health from the company and we have not given his relieving letter due to it. This company has a 3 month notice and he has said that after my replacement comes, then he can release me early. My question is that as long as I show up, I won't abscond, do my best, do the work as the mental health allows, can this a**hole do something with my relieving letter, like not give it to me. I think he already knew that I'll bring the mental health angel and told me that story to threaten me indirectly. How should I work in my notice, he is expecting 100% from me even in notice period and I think he'll try to threaten me if I can't deliver his unrealistic deadlines. What can this a**hole do?

Hey guys, I'm on notice period and I left my job because of the bad conditions and unhelpful team and messed up mental health. I have 2 months notice which started 3rd july I wanted to know can the company do anything if my performance in notice period is bad. Basically if I get the work, I'll try to deliver but 8 won't be messing up my mental health if I'm not able to deliver. I plan to simply say that, sorry i tried but I'm not able to figure it out. If someone helps me its fine and if not then I'll continue to say it. Can the company do anything if I keep a good behaviour and not deliver tasks.

I've served the whole notice period of 45 days and on the very last day, manager says that I didn't complete my work and wouldn't be accepting my resignation. It's already been a week since I joined my new firm and they're asking for the resignation acceptance mail/proof. All my email, slack accesses have been revoked from the previous company and manager is still reluctant to let me go in peace. New company has agreed to enter the joining date accordingly in the system once I get the resignation acceptance to avoid any dual employment conflict. Could anybody help me with the legality of this and how I can proceed?

The company haven’t paid us 3-6months of salary saying that there’s a delay in raising VC funds. They also didn’t pay TDS and gave us Form 16 for ITR. I reached out to our client company where I worked briefly and they were happy to offer me a job there. I’m dangerously out of money in savings and it’s still uncertain in my current company about any funds. So I have given a early date to him because I really need their salary and joining bonus to survive actually. I thought I can immediately relieve from my current company as I don’t have finished projects and haven’t involve in new. But they are not responding to my calls and mail requesting for immediate resignation. What should I do now ?

I was working in a toxic environment, which should be a separate post, too long to explain here, tldr, I was put in pip, and then I resigned and put my notice, I like a responsible employee started finishing off my projects and tasks, giving KTs to other folks and junior. but now after this my company is saying ur lwd is 2 days from now, when in my contract notice is 2 months, HR says company has the right to waive off notice period without paying severance. What can I do currently, I don't have any job back up, so have to be unemployed for a while without any severance. Is this legally right from company sides, what possible things can I do currently?

I resigned from capgemini, first week of April and was planning to get an early release. Did my work with utmost sincerity but when I asked them that I won’t be able to work after this date in May, the HR and the manager got so rude and started threatening. I don’t know how to get out of this shitty organisation but if I’m not able to leave on my desired date. I wanna make the remaining days hell for my manager and the BU. I wanna make them regret every second. I need some suggestions, what all things I can do? I’m on a billable client project and my manager begged me to not tell the client about my resignation. This 90 days NP is a trap guys. If they gonna fuck my opportunities, I wanna fuck them back. Happy to hear your thoughts

Been hearing this a lot these days where companies are firing a bunch of people and forcing some others to resign, to bring down the severance cost. What are these situations created by these companies which actually force people to resign?

What is wrong with the world? Why do thinks like these happen?
