Notice Period Fiasco

I resigned from capgemini, first week of April and was planning to get an early release. Did my work with utmost sincerity but when I asked them that I won’t be able to work after this prticular date in May, the HR and the manager got so rude and started threatening. I offered a buy back option but they’re not willing to accept that. I don’t know how to get out of this shitty organisation but if I’m not able to leave on my desired date… I wanna make the remaining days hell for my manager and the HR I wanna make them regret every second. I need some suggestions, what all things I can do? I’m on a billable client project and my manager begged me to not tell the client about my resignation. This 90 days NP is a trap guys. If they gonna fuck my opportunities, I wanna fuck them back. Happy to hear your thoughts.

I'm working as a BA in my current org. I'm on bench for more than 30 days and I have dropped my resignation but the HR is not approving my early release. I have an offer in hand and I need to join in another 15 days. In even agreed for notice period buyout but still that HR isn't allowing. It's really upsetting when we do not have any dependencies why do the HR ask to serve the complete notice period? Infact it is a loss for them to keep Billing me in bench. Please advice what can be done here in my situation

Need guidance from fellow experienced folks or who have done this before. What are the proper reasons to ask for a release. My reasons: - work is too hectic and repetitive and no growth technically (mostly support and maintenance once in a blue moon some dev sort of work). - Client is mismanaged they dont know what work is important and come with multiple deadlines even before prod day. - No proper KT is given when assigning a new task. - In the name of agile its kanban board and not jira (given a sprint task to be finished in a day or two and new tickets pulled in between). - Manager swaps ticket often in between sprint. - Manager is mostly away even on standups or client calls so we manage faking they worked and we manage in behind scenes. - Due to too many upcoming requests in tight deadlines from last 3 months wlb is miserable and have worked two weeks without an off once and night shift charges given is 220 only per day. Now I need your all guidance on what can be a better approach or how to improvise

I resigned capgemini in the last week of April. This was my first computer of my career. But I faced to much difficulties in this organisation. The Manager as well as the HR and team members were not at all good . They ruined all my career, did not approve any privileges leaves, the working culture was also not good at all I have to work 2 hour more than the shift timing and at last when it was time for my first career review and hike, My manager gave me the worst remarks and ruined and broke my hopes. He gave me need performance remarks kad gave me 1.5 % hike. In the last when I resigned he gave me the worst remarks like need performance, need soft skill training, need to work on his communication skill, need to come office 12 days a month and many more. I resigned recently and proposed date of 30days. I know that it's officially 90days. So i talked to my manager. He said he Will get back to me. I again send a reminder mail to check into this. Without replying to that mail, they rejected my proposed dqte and approved fo 90days What to do now? I am actually in active project from 2years and it extended for another 6months . They didn't even consider my extra leaves and buy out. What options do i have

Hey folks, I'm currently working for a US client and I am 100% billable to them if that information matters. According to the offer letter, the notice period is of 90 days but there's a buyback option where one can choose to pay and not serve the notice period. But from what I've heard, it's up to Capgemini to accept that buyback offer or not. So I've recently received an offer from a Singapore based startup and I told them that I can join in 30 days cuz if I hadn't, they wouldn't have even interviewed me in the first place. They're okay with buying back my 1 month and let me serve 30 days but I'm concerned what if Capgemini refuses to let me leave. What are my options here? Can I tell them that I'm leaving company due to some personal/health issues so I can get an early release. Do I need to involve a lawyer? Thoughts please. Thanks.

10 days ago my TL told me that you have been released from our project since we don't have much work in our project and also mentioned that I am not releasing your manager who told me to say that. Now my manager is asking me in appraisal discussion to resign from the company otherwise HR will terminate me.they orally gave me poor ratings but not updated in my work day. Tomorrow is last date to say about my decision. What should I do? Any suggestions please
