Can missing standups even if u r constantly delivering items before deadline cause to be terminated?
"The sky is blue" can be used as an excuse for termination if management is hell bent on doing it.
But what you've shared doesn't seem like a reasonable reason for termination - unless there are some other details that I'm missing.
Early Morning standups, can't wake up so early after working till late night

Are they making you work till late night (overwork) or it is more of a convenience thing? If it’s the former, then you can always formally (over email) explain to your manager why you aren’t able to attend, and they wouldn’t have a just cause to terminate. If it’s the latter, then there are chances, because if they don’t take any action against you, it’ll affect the rest of the team as well.

If you’re constantly missing it, probably. It’s a culture thing, more than a performance thing.
Don’t make it a habit. It’ll impact ur year end ratings as there is always something that does and this is like handing it to ur manager. Anyway, termination wouldn’t root from this but if it were decided to axe someone then others also completing task around deadline will make u stand out

How do they know that you are delivering thing on time if you don’t talk about it?
There are two syncs one in morning one at evening, cross team sync is in evening, I have never missed a deadline
