Am i compensated fairly?

Am I paid correctly or do i deserve more - 6.8 LPA ? I work at twin Startup(profitable ) as a developer primarily focused on Angular Development with total of 1.6 + 4 months here , I am fairly proficient at my work with minimal to no supervision , with good monthly reviews .

I am currently working in an advertising agency and have about 1.5 years of experience in which I took 6months break. My current package is 7.2LPA. Am I fairly paid?

I am Fresher completing college in 2022, non engg, Went through a full Stack web dev course in MERN stack from a popular coding bootcamp. Now have around 6 months experience as a freelancer in product based startups. Currently earning around 35-40k per month remotely with actively looking for Full Time opportunities with atleast 5-6LPA. Looking at current market conditions it's becoming very difficult to get it. I did get few offers all around 3.5LPA. Last year my peers were getting 6-7LPA easily with my skills and background as fresher. Any suggestions from your side. Also if anyone hiring with my skill sets please let me know.

My last job ended in Dec 2023 as amazon contract employee , i am trying to get another for dec to till date, in jan nothing converted to offer letter. Last week i got 3 offers from different companies one is contract role that came first , another is a crm company , i don’t like this company as there would not be any growth here & another is a services based company , all companies are paying the around the same compensation around 15 lpa , I don’t think it the right amount for me has to join one company for bread & butter , any advice would be appreciated

I've handled copywriting, creative strategy, and execution for brands for the last 8+ years. Many of those in agencies, and the last few in a B2B SaaS tech company. Because of my agency background, I know I'm pretty underpaid, but since that can change now, I wanna know what's the baseline for my profile considering my experience. I kill it with creative requirements for branding, paid promotions and literally anything under the sun that the brand needs. Nothing long form, because that's a different ball game altogether. I'm getting just under 20LPA right now. I'm up for appraisals soon. I've been with this company for 2+ years. Please tell me what's the salary bracket I should be in. I'm great at what I do, just not this salary stuff 🤦🏾‍♂️. Please help a brother out! Looking forward to your responses, or questions if y'all need any more clarifications to give an answer. Hey y'all, I'm a T shaped Engineer with specialisation in MLOps/Devops at a hardware+software stealth start up. Experienced in full stack, ML deployments, AWS, Kubernetes, Python, Kotlin and handling scale. On paper YoE: 8+ 3 years was with family business ( in tech), so if that is ignored 5+ YoE across the board in ML. The perks I get are work life balance and unlimited leaves and leaves compensation if any public holiday falls on a weekend. Currently being paid 32lpa base, no variables. I'm confused if this is good pay since I have a varied set of skills. The company has spoiled me by making me "time rich" so I don't feel like leaving. (Especially since I was burnt out when I desperately left and joined the current place) I know friends who do just backend getting paid 45 lpa but with no work life balance. And often times in discussions with them I feel like I can do their job easily (because of the varied skillset). I'm Fortunate enough to be in a place that did salary corrections even though other companies are laying off and appraisals are incoming in Q1. I'm confused, what's a good number that I deserve?
