Am i elligible to get High salary?
In 3 months, I will get 4 years experience in software testing field. Previously I worked in a company for 1.5 years as a software tester and in last 2.3 years I'm working in Infosys. I have knowledge in java, python, selenium, testng and soapui testing. I also worked as a manual testing. I worked in JIRA and agile methodology. I'm good at manual testing too.. My current CTC is 5.65lpa. Shall I expect 12lpa in this current market as a 4 year experienced software tester? Is it possible? Let me know if any company can give 12lpa for 4 year experienced software tester.

Bhai aap eligible nahi ho sorry. Ye sab aap dusro se puchoge toh koi sense nahi hai. Aap 100% eligible kya qualified ho. Itna self pity q karna mere bhai.

You can expect it easily if you really know how to do test automation.
If not then also you can expect but gradually only manual testing jobs are getting lesser and also it requires very particular things (in terms of domain or other skillsets).
If you do not know test automation, then I would highly recommend giving yourself 3-6 months to learn it properly and then try to switch.
