  • Run behind learnings not money atleast in early years.

  • Try to learn 7 ways that doesn’t solves the problem than that quick one chat gpt answer.

  • Reach out to seniors for help, but first do your due diligence on the problem. most people are helpful but don’t make their lives hell for that.

  • Be ready to loose friends, real people will stay but lot of temporary people will be gone from your life. “Everyone has a last date in your life, you just don’t know when it is”.

  • Learn as much as possible but be humble. People prefer to hire/work with hard working, humble people than cocky people.

  • In future - “Be the senior you never had”. Pick up good things from your senior and ignore the bad things while passing on the experience in future to your upcoming junior.

  • Make good connections, this goes a long way.

  • Make yours the guy - “who gets the shit done”, you might get extra work from your managers but your career progresses will be multifold.

  • Stay away from toxic workplaces no matter the money, your mental health is very important.

This space is very competitive but if you love your craft you won’t even realise where the time went And one morning at 5 am you will be writing stuff on some random platform to pass on your experience.

Rest, best of luck man. cheers 🥂
