Any good company still hiring?
I am looking for a frontend engineer role, and I want to change my current company. The problem is only a handful of companies give the TC I have with 3 YOE, enough jobs are still in the market but not in the range of TC 40lpa+ I am looking for. At this point I don't want to get lowballed and just accept any company offer just because I want to leave my current company. Any leads would be appreciated YOE : 3 TC : 40lpa
A job is supposed to make you money right? Why don't you take a bare minimum salary that you can live e.g 20k/month ? Founders can become rich but employees are supposed to do job as a hobby?

Really weird to discourage people from looking out for themselves.
Depends upon the interview, but you can expect easy to medium level DSA questions mostly related to dom tree
There are many companies which can offer 40+ for 3 yoe. It's not just handful.
Literally any top unicorn or a decent MNC can match that comp. Although majority of them are in hiring freeze.
Ryt now phonepe, Oracle OCI, Uber are hiring from what I know.
not sure but maybe companies like Uber or google can do it. For product side maybe razorpay if they are hiring. Also is it possible to connect with you? I am having the same experience in frontend but finding difficulty to upskill. CTC 12 currently. TY
