Any idea on Accenture work culture

I am planning to apply, what can you tell me about the people, culture?

Anyone working at Accenture? Can you give me your reviews on the below for a Consultant post (mostly related to HR and immigration): Work/employee culture Hikes/Raise % and what time of the year? How many leaves in a year Is it hybrid as of now or full work from office? Or Wfh? Work is 5 days a week or 6? Anything in addition to the above you would like me to know? Hello Folks , I need some advice making a critical decision,I recently received an offer from PWC and after my negotiation HR told me that 35 percentage of hike on my base pay is the best she can do and this take it leave offer .I took it but now my current company Accenture is ready to match this offer few people at top level are willing to offer me same as part of promotion what I will be getting in PwC will it be wise to switch to PWC even if they are able to match my offer with PWC?

I joined CN with some hope to do strategy work after working for long in the Tech Consulting space. But here the work is pathetic and doesn't even come close to the work I used to do earlier. On top of that so many teams by industry , functions and whatnot and such cut throat competition of staffing and credit. What is this madness. All the people who are long timers here have totally no skillset , I can't fathom how they have survived so long here .

So During our scum calls with client my manager gives update for whole team himself and doesnt let us update on the task which we have worked on ourself . Mf just grabs all the glory in pursuit for good feedback from client side meanwhile he does nothing technical and during internal meeting he says you guys should speak more with client and ALSO he ask for everyone's update on task before scrum and then pokes why is it not done even on task whose estimated completion date/time is far away. So annoying and frustating . Just a rant from your average software dev . Do give any solution you might have . 🙂 Thanks for reading.

Hi All, Recently I got an offer from Accenture ( Kolkata location) in Data & AI vertical. I was interviewed in tech stacks like GenAI, AI&ML. Currently I am working in Deloitte USI and have around 6.5 yrs of experience. I am up for promotion as well but my promotion was denied this year. Not sure what will happen next year. I want to know how's the project in this vertical and job security, wlb in Accenture. Also in the offer letter variable component is mentioned from 0-27%. How's the variable scenario in Accenture. Need your honest opinions. Accenture is giving me 25LPA fixed. Is it a wise option to switch? Thanks in advance.
